Oversize and Overweight Items

  • Oversize items: Any package exceeding 1 meter (100 cm) in length, or 76 cm in width or height, will incur a $15 surcharge.
  • Overweight items: Any package exceeding standard courier weight limits will incur a $25 surcharge. Our team will contact you if your order qualifies.

Remote Area Postal Codes

Certain remote areas within Canada have limited delivery service and higher shipping costs. Standard shipping rates do not apply to these areas. Once we receive your order, we will contact you with the shipping surcharge.

Shipping Adjustments: If shipping costs exceed the flat rate, our customer service team will contact you with an updated rate. A payment request for the difference will be sent to [email protected] via e-transfer. Payment must be received before we can ship your order.

Shipment Receiving Guidelines

  1. Signature Required: Many packages require a signature. You must be present to receive, inspect, and sign for your delivery if needed.
  2. Before Signing: Verify the correct number of packages and check for any visible damage.
  3. When Signing: Be detailed on the packing slip. Note any shortages or damages before signing. Once signed without noting damage, liability shifts to the customer.
  4. Unpack Immediately: Check all contents upon receipt. Report damages or shortages within 24 hours by contacting us.
  5. Damaged During Transit: Products must be returned once defects are confirmed. Shipping credit will be issued where applicable.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation Policy

We offer a 30-day Return Policy on eligible products.

  • Refunds are issued through PayPal within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
  • After 10 days and up to 30 days, store credit will be issued.
  • After 30 days, all sales are final.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging (unopened).
  • Clothing, toys, and non-boxed items must have original tags intact.
  • A receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.

Special Orders

Special orders and furniture items are final sale and cannot be cancelled once ordered and paid. Estimated lead times will be provided prior to ordering. Delivery times are estimates; supplier delays may occur. You will be contacted once special orders arrive or are shipped.

Damaged Items

Report defects within 48 hours of delivery by phone or email. Defective products must be returned. Shipping credit will be issued once defects are confirmed. All products are inspected prior to shipping.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made within 4 hours of order placement. Cancellations after 4 hours will incur PayPal fees deducted from the refund.
