Sorry we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Any orders placed with P.O. Boxes will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
Shipment Receiving Guidelines:
These guidelines must be followed in order to ensure the option of returning any of the products purchased:
- For insurance purposes many packages will require a signature. You must be present to receive, inspect, & sign for your delivery if a signature is required.
- Before signing/receiving the package:
a. Check to ensure you have received the proper number of packages
b. Check for damaged packaging
- When signing for the package it is very important to be as detailed and descriptive as possible on the packing slip before you sign. Your signature indicates acceptance, and if you simply sign without inspecting the packaging or its contents, then you are accepting the shipment “as is”. If you did not receive the proper number of packages or if any items appear as if they could be damaged, make sure you note this prior to signing. If damages or shortages are not recorded the shipping company will not honor insurance claims and unfortunately we will not be able to honor our return policy.4. Immediately unpack all contents to ensure that you were shipped the correct items. If there are any damages or shortages they must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) using our Return Policy.
Order Turn Around Time:
It is important to us that we ship your purchase as quickly as possible. We typically ship in-stock orders within 1-4 business days. In some instances when items are thought to be in stock but are not available you will be notified via email of the options available to you prior to your order shipping. Please note we reserve the right not to ship any orders for any reason. If your order has a problem and cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution.

Returning, Exchanging or Cancelling Your Order:
Everything For Babies has a 30 day Return Policy on returnable products.
10 days for a refunds. After 10 days, up to 30 days we have an online store credit. After 30 days all sales are final. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unused, unworn and returned in its original packaging (unopened). For clothing, toys, or other items without a box the original tags must be intact. You must have a receipt.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA #). E-mail or call Everything For Babies 705-434-9281 to obtain an RA #.
The Following Products Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged:
- Car Seats and Car Seat Bases
- Teethers & pacifiers
- Bathing items
- Feeding items
- Diapers & swim diapers
- Breast pumps & accessories
- Personal care products
- Nursing bras
The Following Items Are Final Sales:
- Sale & Clearance items
- Items that have been removed or taken out of their original packaging
- Items that have been assembled or modified
- Special order items (including but not limited to all furniture)
All special order and furniture items are final sales and cannot be cancelled. Special orders are items that we do not have in our inventory and have an estimated order lead time. Once the items have been paid and ordered, they cannot be returned and are a final sale. You will be informed of the estimated order time for your items prior to completing the special order. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Please note that estimates are given based on information given by the supplier; Everything For Babies is not responsible for supplier delays or back orders. As soon as the order arrives in store you will be contacted or it will be shipped to you.
Products Must meet the following criteria in order to be returnable:
- Must be unused and in the original packaging. All original documents, components and accessories must be included.
- Product must be in salable condition with no indications of use.
- Product must not be a sale or final sale item.
Customers have 48 hours to notify us by e-mail or phone 705-434-9281 with any defects found in product. Products must be returned and customer will receive credit for shipping once defect is confirmed. All products are inspected before shipping.
Due to our commitment to process online order as quickly as possible, cancellation requests must be submitted within 4 hours from the time of the order.
